PEBA awarded the contract for third party administration of the State Flexible Benefits Plan to ASIFlex. The State Flexible Benefits Plan includes Medical Spending Accounts, Dependent Care Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts. ASIFlex is the current administrator and the new contract begins January 1, 2026.  The initial contract term is three years with two one-year renewal options, for a maximum contract term of five years.
