You may contact Customer Service any time from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. To avoid call wait times, you can also reach us using the contact forms below. Emails are answered in the order in which they are received.

Schedule an appointment
We offer appointments for 45-minute phone consultations and 45-minute video consultations. You can schedule an appointment online, and it can be made up to 21 days in advance. If there are no available times, please check again the following day, as new appointments are released at midnight. PEBA does not currently accept in-person appointments. Visitors to our office are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
