There are three ways to receive a benefit consultation. You will receive the same service regardless of the type of consultation you choose.
Schedule an appointment
We offer 45-minute appointments for phone and video consultations. You can book an appointment up to 21 days in advance. If there aren’t any times available, check again the following day, as we release new appointments at midnight each day. You will receive a confirmation email with more details about your appointment.
Visit PEBA in person
In-person visits at our 202 Arbor Lake Drive location can have longer wait times, and we recommend you arrive by 4 p.m.
Join a virtual consultation
If a counselor is available, you can connect with them for a virtual video consultation through your web browser. Check a counselor's availability and join the queue. The call will automatically open and connect you. Be sure to enable your device's speaker, microphone and camera.
