The South Carolina Public Employee Benefit Authority (PEBA) has awarded the contract to Provide Investment Consulting Services for the South Carolina Optional Retirement Program, the South Carolina Deferred Compensation Program, and Health Savings Account offered through the South Carolina Public Employee Benefit Authority to CapFinancial Partners, LLC D/B/A CAPTRUST Financial Advisors.
